I'm a professionally trained, passionate chef, with a wide variety of culinary experience. Covering almost any kind of events. From in home fine dining & small events, up to large weddings and more.

​

Originally trained in traditional French cuisine, my focus has shifted in recent years to more modern techniques and styles. While I love the simple classical influences that are relevant to how we all cook and eat today; one of my joys is elevating English and French dishes by adding modern twists and flavors from Mediterranean, deep-south and Asian influences.

​

Although, if the traditional 3 course wedding breakfast is still your jam, we have you covered as well! From the latter to an elevated burger/pulled meat/Asian salad stack my style is fluid and tweakable for all.

 

My team and I pride ourselves on a simple food service and cooking style that is both absolutely delicious  and professional and always keep to the highest hygiene standards.

 

We love to take part in the more outgoing, adventurous and unique events, and would be a fantastic addition to any kind of event.
